Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We prioritize efficiency without compromising accuracy, striving to dispatch every order as swiftly as possible.
Custom Synthesis Orders: Orders involving custom peptide synthesis require extended lead times based on peptide complexity, purity levels, quantity, and modifications. Each client receives a customized production timeline estimate during the quotation phase.
Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or peak periods will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Delays during holiday seasons or extraordinary global shipping disruptions (such as customs strikes or major weather events) may extend normal processing times. We will communicate proactively if any issues arise.

2. Shipping Methods

We provide a variety of reliable shipping options tailored to the specialized nature of research materials:

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Standard Ground (3-5 business days), 2-Day Expedited, and Priority Overnight services via major carriers.
International Shipping: Fast, secure international services through FedEx International Priority, DHL Express, or similar carriers, minimizing customs-related delays.
Cold Chain Shipping: Temperature-sensitive peptides are shipped with gel packs, dry ice, or phase-change materials to ensure stability throughout transit. Special temperature-controlled shipping options are available upon request.

Every shipment is assigned a tracking number for real-time visibility, allowing clients to monitor their deliveries from warehouse to destination.

3. Shipping Charges & Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on shipment weight, chosen delivery speed, package dimensions, and destination.
Cold chain packaging (ice packs, dry ice, thermal containers) incurs additional fees depending on distance and courier policies.
International Orders: Customers are fully responsible for any and all import duties, VAT, customs brokerage fees, regulatory inspection charges, and local taxes.

4. Delivery Times

Domestic Delivery: Depending on the shipping method selected, delivery times range from 1 to 5 business days after dispatch.
International Delivery: Delivery typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days, though customs processing times vary by country and may occasionally cause delays.

5. Customs & Regulatory Considerations

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that research peptides and chemicals are permitted for import into their destination country, region, or jurisdiction.
Elixxis is not responsible for shipments that are delayed, seized, or confiscated by customs authorities.
If a package is returned to Elixxis undamaged and unopened, we may issue a partial refund, excluding the original shipping and handling charges.
No refunds or credits will be issued for shipments that are refused, destroyed, or permanently detained by customs.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Modifications or cancellations may be accommodated only before the order has entered processing or custom synthesis.
Orders in production, preparation, or shipping stages cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.
If you need to request an urgent change, please contact support@Elixxis.com immediately with your order number.

To avoid errors, we recommend carefully reviewing all order details before submitting your purchase.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Despite our rigorous packaging standards, rare incidents can occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

Notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs showing:
- The external shipping box
- The shipping label
- Internal packaging
- All products received

Our investigation team will assess your claim promptly and, if validated, arrange for reshipment, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

8. Returns

Given the sensitive, temperature-dependent, and perishable nature of our products:

All sales are final.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an error was confirmed by our team during shipment processing.
If eligible, return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of order receipt.
