Due to the highly sensitive nature of our products, including their strict handling and storage requirements, all sales are final and we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

1. No Returns – No Exceptions

To preserve the integrity, sterility, and compliance of all materials we sell, we do not accept returns for any reason, including:

  • Unopened products
  • Opened or used items
  • Customer ordering errors
  • Changes of mind
  • Failure to follow storage or handling instructions

This policy ensures all customers receive uncompromised, research-pure products.

2. Order Issues: Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@Elixxis.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of packaging, items received, and the shipping label

Our team will review the case. If an error is confirmed on our end, we may issue:

  • A replacement at no cost, or
  • A store credit for future use (at our sole discretion)

Cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are packed or shipped. Once your order has entered fulfillment or been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
