This Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding document between you (“Customer,” “Purchaser,” or “User”) and 747Labs LLC (“747Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the owner and operator of www.747Labs.com. By purchasing, accessing, or using any products sold by 747Labs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Purpose of Products

747Labs sells research-grade peptides and compounds strictly intended for scientific, laboratory, and research purposes only. These products are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, topical application, diagnostic testing, therapeutic use, or any other form of personal or clinical use.

You certify and agree that:

• You are a qualified researcher or institution authorized to handle experimental chemical substances.
• You understand that the products have not been evaluated by the FDA or any health regulatory authority.
• You will use these substances exclusively in vitro or in research environments, consistent with proper laboratory safety protocols.
• You accept full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from improper use, storage, handling, or disposal.

2. Acknowledgement of Risks

You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with handling research chemicals and peptides, including but not limited to:

• Potential toxicity
• Bioactivity and biochemical reactivity
• Unknown or unlisted side effects
• Potential harm to humans, animals, or property
• Contamination or environmental impact

You voluntarily assume full responsibility and all risks associated with the purchase, storage, handling, use, and disposal of all products obtained from 747Labs.

3. No Medical Advice or Claims

747Labs provides no medical advice, guidance, or recommendations regarding the use or effects of any product.

• We make no claims or guarantees about any health, cosmetic, or therapeutic benefits.
• Products are not approved for human or veterinary medical use.
• Any anecdotal or third-party information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional or scientific advice.

4. Release of Liability & Hold Harmless Clause

By purchasing from 747Labs, you agree to:

• Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 747Labs LLC, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and suppliers against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, legal costs, or other expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) resulting from your use or misuse of any products purchased.
• Waive any right to pursue legal action against 747Labs LLC for injuries (physical or psychological), damages, or losses arising from the possession or use of our products.
• Accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing your purchase, use, transport, and disposal of research chemicals.

5. Customer Representations & Warranties

By using this website and purchasing from 747Labs, you warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally authorized to purchase and handle research-grade chemicals in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a minor, incapacitated, or acting under duress.
• You are purchasing for legitimate research, academic, or industrial use, and not for resale or personal application.
• You are aware of and will adhere to all relevant safety procedures, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE), proper labeling, secure storage, and hazardous material disposal.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• 747Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the products.
• 747Labs assumes no responsibility for loss of business, revenue, opportunity, or data resulting from misuse of any of its products.
• 747Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Regulatory Compliance

747Labs does not guarantee compliance of its products with any specific laws or regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Confirm compliance with all local, state, federal, and international laws governing the purchase, handling, and disposal of research chemicals.
• Obtain all required permits, certifications, or documentation prior to ordering or using any product.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9. Amendments and Modifications

747Labs reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Agreement at any time without notice. Continued use of our site and/or purchase of our products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
